The Ramp Basin Collection is 15 standardised lines of different styles of the classic commercial ramp and trough basin. The collection has over 70 different sizes. The Ramp Basin Collection is designed to make it easier for designers and architects to specify commercial basins.
Design Freedom
We wanted to have total control over the design and manufacturing of our ramp and trough basins. This allowed us to develop 'The Ramp Basin Collection' and more importantly, it gave us the flexibility to design and manufacture custom sizes for special project work. Our objective is to be a resource to Architects and Designers who require custom-styled basin tops, vanity tops, benchtops, and pedestal basins for projects.
Ramp Basin Spec Book
The Ramp Basin Spec Book is an essential resource for architects and designers, offering clear specifications and comprehensive detail across the full collection. By standardising Ramp and Trough Basin sizing, it ensures consistency across national and international project builds, making it the trusted choice for professionals who demand reliability and design excellence.
Composition and Colour
The Ramp Basin Collection is made from 12mm and 20mm high-grade solid surface, high-stress areas are reinforced and the wall-hung basins are supplied with industrial-made support brackets. The Ramp Basin Collection comes in matte and gloss finishes, along with as a range of grey, green and charcoal tones. More colours are regularly being added to the range. Gel Coat options are used on special projects to create softer corners and a smoother look.
Classic, Junior and Commercial Ramp Basins
The Ramp Basin Collection takes this classic ramp, iconic commercial ramp and modifies the design to be more functional with various basin styles. The Ramp Basin Collection has categories, including Junior Ramp and Trough Basins for schools and early learning centres, Classic Ramp Basins and Commercial Ramp Basins, Trough Basins and Ramp Trough Basins, Moulded Benchtop basins, Ramp Basins designed for Dyson Airblade Units and Xlerator Dryer Units. We can customise the size of any of these basins for project work.
Ramp Trough 180 & Trough 150
These variations are designed specifically for off-the-wall tapware. With a deeper profile, they provide a robust trough-style look, perfect for projects seeking an industrial aesthetic or simply the practicality of a deeper basin that reduces water splash. The Ramp Trough models are reliable with a concrete-look; available in white, light, or dark concrete finishes.
Moulded Benchtop with Basins
We offer a fabrication process that allows us to design and manufacture benchtops with integrated basins to custom lengths and widths. These can be finished as a smooth, seamless surface or paired with undermounted basins for a refined look.
Our Formline Series features three distinct styles:
- Formline Moulded – seamless benchtop with integrated moulded basin.
- Formline Flat – sleek flat benchtop surface, adaptable to a wide range of basin styles.
- Formline Undermount – benchtop designed for undermounted basins, delivering a clean and minimal profile.
Refinements for Dyson Airblade Integration
For Ramp Basins with centre-mounted Airblade units, we offset the waste outlet to provide better access to the base of the unit. To simplify motor installation, we incorporated glued plywood panels into the rear apron of the basin, creating a secure mounting point for the motor units. This allows straightforward access to both the motor and the Airblade system during installation and servicing.
For commercial applications, the D-Ramp and D-Trough basins are recommended with 400mm aprons to conceal plumbing and motor components. Airblade units are ideally positioned with 750mm spacing between holes, ensuring both function and comfort.
These basin systems can also be customised to suit special project requirements, offering flexibility without compromising performance or design.
